Jozh Bibera
Jozh is a Loan Signing Agent since 2018 and the owner of Chill Signing Service, a nationwide mobile notary service specifically for mortgage. In fact, in 2021 Jozh was featured speaker at Las Vegas conference with 1,200 notaries in attendance. It’s the largest conference in the U.S. for Notaries and Loan Signing Agents. Jozh currently owns and operates small multi-family out of state. Prior to real estate, Jozh worked as a Paralegal in Real Estate, Family Law, and Criminal Law for approximately 5 years.
Venus Buccat
Venus is an experienced software engineer. With years of experience wearing multiple hats in the engineering field, Venus is technically driven and numbers savvy investor. She acquired her first property at the age of 25 and acquired an out state multi-family approximately the following year. She has experience renovating and remodeling smaller multi-family real estate. She currently leads the underwriting and market analysis for Bibera Group, LLC.
